I have attended ITIL® 4 Foundation by Sprintzeal that was really helpful to get introduction to the matter and get prepared to the exam. Tim was beyond amazing. Not only did he know his craft, but he was also able to explain it to a level someone with the lowest level of knowledge could understand, without insulting the intelligence. Toshal had covered all the important topics required for a Solution Architect in a detailed manner. He had provided real-world application examples while explaining the topics.
