The facilitator, Ms. Noor Zohara was extremely helpful and made our life easy in registration any queries or information about the course. She is very organized, friendly and supportive of the applicants. The speaker Mr. Mohammad Al Rumaih, was knowledgeable, very nice, informative, skillful, highly professional and really made it real with real-life examples. We are feeling that we are confident enough to take the exams and start our own project management. There are some areas for improvement in the venue it’s relatively small, hot water is not available all the time for making hot beverages. Otherwise, everything was fine and thanks again. I have had a great experience with my AWS training with Sprintzeal. Originally the trainer I had my first training batch with, was a bit difficult for me to understand. She was honestly very knowledgeable but I couldn't grasp the concepts with her style. I reached out to Jason Caldwell/Leonard Paul about my early learning experience. I was incredibly pleased that I was moved to another trainers training batch. My new trainer (Paul Oyola) was easy for me to understand at a pace that was better fit for me. Paul was not only friendly from day 1 but remained that way throughout all of the classes. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. If Paul didn't have an answer to a question one of the students asked, Paul would search for an answer and provide us with more information. I haven't taken the AWS exam yet, but I am confident I will pass and look forward to letting Paul know. I am so happy that I chose Sprintzeal for my AWS training. I am also pleased with the patience and customer service I received from the time Leonard Paul reached out to me to the time Jason Caldwell and Alex Wood assisted me as needed. The CISSP training went well. We were able to joint the sessions on time. Trainer (Munaavar) is interactive person, so he gave examples to explain each and every concept. The training was on schedule related to the topics within CISSP. I liked the way he started the training by giving time to talk about the participants background. Totally, the training went well. My experience with sprintzeal was great everyone was helpful and they did a great job accommodating my tight schedule. I took the CompTIA A+ course with Risk Ascher as my instructor.
Overall, the course was highly in depth and interactive. The instructor had a great knowledge of the topic and explained the content in full. While the instructor was great, I did have a hard time understanding their accent and spent a decent amount of time trying to understand what was said rather than the content. Ultimately, I will have to re-listen to the recordings or teach myself the content I did not understand. I did have a few issues regarding the preparation of the program. It would be beneficial to the student to know exactly what the program will entail and what is expected of them such as: what technology is required, the level of participation, and the expected schedule of the program. The support team answered emails quickly, and sent out the recordings in good time. I believe this was a good experience to have and to prepare for the PMP test.
