Yes, the candidate is allowed to retake the exam after a month of his/her first attempt. In case you take the exam before the end of one month, it will result in a void. 

Yes, the completion of all the videos in CSPO course is mandatory. This is to ensure the candidate is well acquainted with all the topics and well versed in the subject being dealt with.
