I had the opportunity to take the ITIL 4 Foundations course through Sprintzeal and it was a great experience. My instructor was Courtney, and I feel she prepared me to take and pass the exam on my first attempt. Courtney is very knowledgeable, and her instruction method was conducive for a positive learning environment. I will request her in the future as I plan to expand on my knowledge in ITIL. Alex was vital in my successful enrollment and always a trusted agent to aid in my self development plan. Best training ever. Muhammad Faisal was just the best tutor. By the end of 4 days training from zero start I was already achieving over 60 percent and then just had to follow up with the study plan and go ahead with the momentum. Nothing was too much trouble. Dani is a very knowledgeable project manager, with real-life experiences and stories. He was able to take the slides provided by Sprintzeal and know if they were from PMBOK 5 or PMBOK 6, what was enhanced, what was deleted, and apply an example that made sense to the topic. Dani's biggest challenge was the GoToMeeting process and landing back on the slide deck after providing additional information to teach a particular point. It is challenging to teach people on different coasts, but he was able to and respect the time difference.
Review of Sprintzeal: Alex reached out to me and walked me through the entire registration process, answering all of my questions and there were many. I was supposed to have a live class, but because I ended up being the only person that did not cancel they transferred me into an on-line class and have offered an additional class to make up for that. I received my PMBOX 6 book ahead of class and found everything very straight forward. I hope that the three mock tests and assistance in completing my application are as clear and efficient as the rest of this has been.
I have 4 stars for the slide reading and technical challenges to date.

The support staff from Sprintzeal,Steve Jones, were very supportive in making this decision to take the PMP certification course. The course was very affordable and I was given an additional incentive to take another course which would supplement my knowledge which was the Agile course.

I was thinking about studying on my own for the exam but decided to sign up for the course on Sprintzeal to ensure that the material that I needed to study was accurate and efficient. I didn't want to waste anytime on taking the exam multiple times to pass due to being ill-prepared. The instructor Biswa, was great in covering what to know for the exam and I feel that the material he provided will prepare me to pass the exam my first time with confidence. Thank you for this opportunity and I look forward to taking more certification courses through Sprintzeal.

The trainer did well covering a wide range of topics in 4 days, although I would have liked some more real-life representations of what was being shown.Perhaps VMs, or examples of how viruses work in a real-to-life environment.Aside from that, I thought the course was very informative and helped build a framework for an understanding of Security+. We were also provided 12 hours of CompTIA labs that I think will be a HUGE help.
