I received marking emails for Sprintzeal during the last year or so. My intention was to earn my PMP certification in 2020. COVID-19 helped to motivate me to get signed up. The first live online training class was a disappointment, the instructor was ill and that round of training was cancelled. Sprintzeal staff apologized and did a great job of finding me a place in the next round of training.
The instructor for the second training session was very good. He went at a pace that was just right, was patient and make sure we understood the concepts before moving on.

The training was virtual and thus I was expecting a 'room' full of people. However it was just the instructor (Sonu Verma) and I. This made it much easier to tailor the instruction to my background and learning style and to go faster through material that I was already comfortable with.

Awesome CBAP Test Prep Course with Excellent Customer Service. In March 2019, select staff from two of our departments partnered up to undertake the CBAP Test Prep course offered by Sprintzeal. I learned the BABOK was difficult to comprehend until our trainer, Delilah Allison, explained the book's layout and the meaning behind each section. Her teachings enable me to grasp the Business Analysis concept (even though most of my tasks were in a project management world). Our Account Manager, Alex Wood, provided excellent customer service going above the call of duty to ensure our satisfaction. We did encounter some hiccups along the way which were either resolved or addressed in an expedited manner. Also, the price per person was reasonable compared to what was offered and what other companies offered. My overall experience with Sprintzeal is a positive one. Having the class recorded was very helpful so that I can go back and review material. This was much better than just reviewing slides. Paul did a great job explaining AWS in great detail. He was informative in recommending test strategies. The only thing I would request is that the course documentation be updated a bit. Paul informed us that the lag time between class and test is significant, but it would be nice if we can improve this area.
