Overall, the course was highly in depth and interactive. The instructor had a great knowledge of the topic and explained the content in full. While the instructor was great, I did have a hard time understanding their accent and spent a decent amount of time trying to understand what was said rather than the content. Ultimately, I will have to re-listen to the recordings or teach myself the content I did not understand. I did have a few issues regarding the preparation of the program. It would be beneficial to the student to know exactly what the program will entail and what is expected of them such as: what technology is required, the level of participation, and the expected schedule of the program. The support team answered emails quickly, and sent out the recordings in good time. I believe this was a good experience to have and to prepare for the PMP test.

The CISSP training went well. We were able to joint the sessions on time. Trainer (Munaavar) is interactive person, so he gave examples to explain each and every concept. The training was on schedule related to the topics within CISSP. I liked the way he started the training by giving time to talk about the participants background. Totally, the training went well. I have had a great experience with my AWS training with Sprintzeal. Originally the trainer I had my first training batch with, was a bit difficult for me to understand. She was honestly very knowledgeable but I couldn't grasp the concepts with her style. I reached out to Jason Caldwell/Leonard Paul about my early learning experience. I was incredibly pleased that I was moved to another trainers training batch. My new trainer (Paul Oyola) was easy for me to understand at a pace that was better fit for me. Paul was not only friendly from day 1 but remained that way throughout all of the classes. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. If Paul didn't have an answer to a question one of the students asked, Paul would search for an answer and provide us with more information. I haven't taken the AWS exam yet, but I am confident I will pass and look forward to letting Paul know. I am so happy that I chose Sprintzeal for my AWS training. I am also pleased with the patience and customer service I received from the time Leonard Paul reached out to me to the time Jason Caldwell and Alex Wood assisted me as needed. Great experience all the way around!

The trainer did well covering a wide range of topics in 4 days, although I would have liked some more real-life representations of what was being shown.Perhaps VMs, or examples of how viruses work in a real-to-life environment.Aside from that, I thought the course was very informative and helped build a framework for an understanding of Security+. We were also provided 12 hours of CompTIA labs that I think will be a HUGE help.

Best training ever. Muhammad Faisal was just the best tutor. By the end of 4 days training from zero start I was already achieving over 60 percent and then just had to follow up with the study plan and go ahead with the momentum. Nothing was too much trouble. Extremely supportive tutor who also coached me with the application process and heaps of tips for the exam. I know I am ready and I will come back and let you know when I pass in the next month. for sure.

It was an excellent live online training session. The Trainer ‘Munawar Ahmed Shaikh’ is an interactive person, and he has lots of industrial experience. He used to explain the project reference that he did on the industry that helped to understand the different CISSP domains.The training session was through GoToMeeting, and it interrupted the session. The trainer spent time troubleshooting the GoToMeeting, and why the drawing board was not displayed on the screen, voice breaks during the sessions. Sprintzeal should change GoToMeeting for better live online training sessions. I highly recommend ‘Munawar Ahmed Shaikh’ for CISSP training.
