My instructor was Courtney, and I feel she prepared me to take and pass the exam on my first attempt. Courtney is very knowledgeable, and her instruction method was conducive for a positive learning environment. I will request her in the future as I plan to expand on my knowledge in ITIL. Moutaz Zrein was my instructor. He was knowledgeable, a good listener, and I enjoyed the course very much. Moutaz gave a lot of real-life examples and showed a few videos that complemented the course content.

I took the certification program CompTIA security+. I really enjoyed the course. The facilitator was very knowledgeable and thoughtful in explaining concepts. I do wish there were more live sessions. I don't think 8 is enough to fully prepare for the CompTia test.
