Moutaz Zrein was my instructor. He was knowledgeable, a good listener, and I enjoyed the course very much. Moutaz gave a lot of real-life examples and showed a few videos that complemented the course content.

I have had a great experience with my AWS training with Sprintzeal. Originally the trainer I had my first training batch with, was a bit difficult for me to understand. She was honestly very knowledgeable but I couldn't grasp the concepts with her style. I reached out to Jason Caldwell/Leonard Paul about my early learning experience. I was incredibly pleased that I was moved to another trainers training batch. My new trainer (Paul Oyola) was easy for me to understand at a pace that was better fit for me. Paul was not only friendly from day 1 but remained that way throughout all of the classes. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. If Paul didn't have an answer to a question one of the students asked, Paul would search for an answer and provide us with more information. I haven't taken the AWS exam yet, but I am confident I will pass and look forward to letting Paul know. I am so happy that I chose Sprintzeal for my AWS training. I am also pleased with the patience and customer service I received from the time Leonard Paul reached out to me to the time Jason Caldwell and Alex Wood assisted me as needed. Awesome CBAP Test Prep Course with Excellent Customer Service. In March 2019, select staff from two of our departments partnered up to undertake the CBAP Test Prep course offered by Sprintzeal. I learned the BABOK was difficult to comprehend until our trainer, Delilah Allison, explained the book's layout and the meaning behind each section. Her teachings enable me to grasp the Business Analysis concept (even though most of my tasks were in a project management world). Our Account Manager, Alex Wood, provided excellent customer service going above the call of duty to ensure our satisfaction. We did encounter some hiccups along the way which were either resolved or addressed in an expedited manner. Also, the price per person was reasonable compared to what was offered and what other companies offered. My overall experience with Sprintzeal is a positive one. Overall an excellent training opportunity. Dani is not only well versed in teaching from the PMBOK but more importantly, he has real-world experience which aided my understanding of the presented material. As a newcomer in project management, Dani was able to communicate in a manner in which I could easily understand the subject matter without diminishing the rest of the students learning opportunities. The only area that I asses that needs adjustment is that the slide used to conduct the class are not available for student download. It would be helpful if the course material was made available in order to better prepare for the exam.

The support staff from Sprintzeal,Steve Jones, were very supportive in making this decision to take the PMP certification course. The course was very affordable and I was given an additional incentive to take another course which would supplement my knowledge which was the Agile course.

I was thinking about studying on my own for the exam but decided to sign up for the course on Sprintzeal to ensure that the material that I needed to study was accurate and efficient. The training was virtual and thus I was expecting a 'room' full of people. However it was just the instructor (Sonu Verma) and I. This made it much easier to tailor the instruction to my background and learning style and to go faster through material that I was already comfortable with.

I just finished the PMP Boot Camp and it was an excellent experience. Mr. Wood went above and beyond assisting me with enrollment and without him I would have missed out on this great opportunity.
