I was lucky to get an excellent trainer. Super knowledgeable and patient. Giving 4-stars only because Sprintzeal comes across as disjointed upon introduction. For example, two sales reps reached out to me at the same time and then I felt passed off. More visibility into who is doing what and their role would be helpful.

The slides were very well done and logical so you could learn the subject matter looking at the slides and listening to the trainer. The trainer was very patient and thorough in making sure that I understood the subject matter and made sure any questions i had or uncertainty was addressed. The trainer did well covering a wide range of topics in 4 days, although I would have liked some more real-life representations of what was being shown.Perhaps VMs, or examples of how viruses work in a real-to-life environment.Aside from that, I thought the course was very informative and helped build a framework for an understanding of Security+. We were also provided 12 hours of CompTIA labs that I think will be a HUGE help.

Taking the CISSP class has helped to prepare me for the exam. Munavwar is an excellent trainer and has helped me to expand my knowledge in this area. Having the class recorded was very helpful so that I can go back and review material. This was much better than just reviewing slides. The thing that I most enjoyed was really expanding upon my own experience and applying it to the learning material. I highly recommend Munavwar when training for the CISSP exam.

The training was virtual and thus I was expecting a 'room' full of people. However it was just the instructor (Sonu Verma) and I. This made it much easier to tailor the instruction to my background and learning style and to go faster through material that I was already comfortable with.

Overall, the course was highly in depth and interactive. The instructor had a great knowledge of the topic and explained the content in full. While the instructor was great, I did have a hard time understanding their accent and spent a decent amount of time trying to understand what was said rather than the content. Ultimately, I will have to re-listen to the recordings or teach myself the content I did not understand. I did have a few issues regarding the preparation of the program. It would be beneficial to the student to know exactly what the program will entail and what is expected of them such as: what technology is required, the level of participation, and the expected schedule of the program. The support team answered emails quickly, and sent out the recordings in good time. I believe this was a good experience to have and to prepare for the PMP test.
