The CISSP training went well. We were able to joint the sessions on time. Trainer (Munaavar) is interactive person, so he gave examples to explain each and every concept. The training was on schedule related to the topics within CISSP. I liked the way he started the training by giving time to talk about the participants background. Totally, the training went well. Their PMP Certification Exam Prep course and resources (videos, practice exams) are very effective and helpful. The teachers and support staff are top-of-the-line. When I have questions, I get almost instantaneous replies from the support focal (even during the holidays). The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification on-line course is easy to comprehend. The on-line course gives me flexibility as I can take it anytime, on my own schedule. I look forward to taking the exams and getting my certification!

For example, two sales reps reached out to me at the same time and then I felt passed off. More visibility into who is doing what and their role would be helpful.

Tim was beyond amazing. Not only did he know his craft, but he was also able to explain it to a level someone with the lowest level of knowledge could understand, without insulting the intelligence. I came in with barely any formal knowledge of the PM world and ended leaving with way more competency. Tim mixed personal experience and PMI terms/processes/knowledge areas to increase my understanding (it worked). Loved this class, loved the teacher.
