I participated to Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training with Sprintzeal. The instructor, Swati Kondappali, is very knowledgeable and has a lot of experiences to share. The presentqtion is well structure and Swati took always the time to explain the techniques and tools with exemples through the full course. Thank you!
Overall, the course was highly in depth and interactive. The instructor had a great knowledge of the topic and explained the content in full. While the instructor was great, I did have a hard time understanding their accent and spent a decent amount of time trying to understand what was said rather than the content. Ultimately, I will have to re-listen to the recordings or teach myself the content I did not understand. I did have a few issues regarding the preparation of the program. It would be beneficial to the student to know exactly what the program will entail and what is expected of them such as: what technology is required, the level of participation, and the expected schedule of the program. The support team answered emails quickly, and sent out the recordings in good time. I believe this was a good experience to have and to prepare for the PMP test.
It was a good experience. I have been working on ITIL report from past 2 years however never in-debt knowledge about it. These sessions helped a lot in understanding about change management, incident, service and release management. Overall experience was good.
The facilitator, Ms. Noor Zohara was extremely helpful and made our life easy in registration any queries or information about the course. She is very organized, friendly and supportive of the applicants. The speaker Mr. Mohammad Al Rumaih, was knowledgeable, very nice, informative, skillful, highly professional and really made it real with real-life examples. We are feeling that we are confident enough to take the exams and start our own project management. There are some areas for improvement in the venue it’s relatively small, hot water is not available all the time for making hot beverages. Otherwise, everything was fine and thanks again. I will definitely repeat my experience with sprintzeal again and again.

Paul informed us that the lag time between class and test is significant, but it would be nice if we can improve this area.

I just finished the PMP Boot Camp and it was an excellent experience. Mr. Wood went above and beyond assisting me with enrollment and without him I would have missed out on this great opportunity. My instructor Gabi was phenomenal! She was very patient and brought a wealth of real-world experience that provided clarity throughout the training. I had numerous instructor in my life but Gabi is one of the best. I would recommend the Sprintzeal PMP Boot Camp if you are interested in pursuing employment in this field. I and prepare to put my newly learned skills to use after this great learning experience.

The trainer did well covering a wide range of topics in 4 days, although I would have liked some more real-life representations of what was being shown.Perhaps VMs, or examples of how viruses work in a real-to-life environment.Aside from that, I thought the course was very informative and helped build a framework for an understanding of Security+. We were also provided 12 hours of CompTIA labs that I think will be a HUGE help.
