The support staff from Sprintzeal,Steve Jones, were very supportive in making this decision to take the PMP certification course. The course was very affordable and I was given an additional incentive to take another course which would supplement my knowledge which was the Agile course.

I was thinking about studying on my own for the exam but decided to sign up for the course on Sprintzeal to ensure that the material that I needed to study was accurate and efficient. I didn't want to waste anytime on taking the exam multiple times to pass due to being ill-prepared. The instructor Biswa, was great in covering what to know for the exam and I feel that the material he provided will prepare me to pass the exam my first time with confidence. Awesome CBAP Test Prep Course with Excellent Customer Service. In March 2019, select staff from two of our departments partnered up to undertake the CBAP Test Prep course offered by Sprintzeal. I learned the BABOK was difficult to comprehend until our trainer, Delilah Allison, explained the book's layout and the meaning behind each section. Her teachings enable me to grasp the Business Analysis concept (even though most of my tasks were in a project management world). Our Account Manager, Alex Wood, provided excellent customer service going above the call of duty to ensure our satisfaction. We did encounter some hiccups along the way which were either resolved or addressed in an expedited manner. Also, the price per person was reasonable compared to what was offered and what other companies offered. My overall experience with Sprintzeal is a positive one. I have attended ITIL® 4 Foundation by Sprintzeal that was really helpful to get introduction to the matter and get prepared to the exam. The trainer has demonstrated his ability to emphasize the most crucial points of ITIL 4, the communication was easy and straight forward, all the queries have been answered properly with real life examples.

The training was virtual and thus I was expecting a 'room' full of people. However it was just the instructor (Sonu Verma) and I. This made it much easier to tailor the instruction to my background and learning style and to go faster through material that I was already comfortable with.

The instructor is experienced, this is obvious. To help drive home the point in instructing, they should use personal experience more often. Less reading of the data on the slides. The class was helpful.

Overall an excellent training opportunity. Dani is not only well versed in teaching from the PMBOK but more importantly, he has real-world experience which aided my understanding of the presented material. As a newcomer in project management, Dani was able to communicate in a manner in which I could easily understand the subject matter without diminishing the rest of the students learning opportunities. The only area that I asses that needs adjustment is that the slide used to conduct the class are not available for student download. It would be helpful if the course material was made available in order to better prepare for the exam.
