These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites and services (the "Services") provided by Sprintzeal, a Delaware and Indian corporation. These Terms include any extra policies or conditions linked here, all of which are part of your agreement with us. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all relevant laws. Sprintzeal may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on our website. Your continued use of the Services after we post changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Definitions

To make these Terms easier to read, we use the following definitions:

- Delegates:

A collective term for Delegates, Service Buyers, Contributors, and any other visitors to our website.

Eligibility and Access

Our Services are not intended for anyone under 18 years old without proper consent. If you are between 13 and 17, you may use our Services only with the permission and direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18. This parent or guardian must also agree to be bound by these Terms and takes full responsibility for your use of the Services.

Sprintzeal is a professional training and coaching provider helping people and organizations improve their workplace standards through expert techniques. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We also reserve the right to cancel, pause, or remove access to any training or service at any time, for any reason, without liability, to protect the integrity of our learning environment.

Marketing and Campaign Standards

We take the quality and ethics of our brand seriously. Campaign Owners are evaluated regularly to ensure they follow marketing ethics and government laws.

If we find—or are informed by others—that a partner is using unethical conduct, Sprintzeal reserves the right to terminate that service by providing a written notice within three (3) days. Sprintzeal does not make specific promises regarding the quality, safety, or legality of third-party marketing campaigns. We do not guarantee that Campaign Owners will deliver specific leads or that contributions will be used for specific marketing purposes.

Prohibited Marketing Practices:

Campaign Owners are strictly forbidden from creating campaigns that raise false awareness about Sprintzeal for illegal activities, or that intend to cause harm or scam others. If a campaign makes impossible or clearly false claims, it must not be posted. Users must follow all laws regarding marketing and the safe handling of user information. False or misleading statements will lead to service termination within three (3) days of written notice.

Visual and Branding Restrictions:

Marketing Owners must not use the following in their campaign images:

- Sprintzeal’s colors, logos, or branding elements.
- Branding from governing bodies such as PMI, AXELOS, APMG, People Cert, or Scrum Alliance (including colored frames, borders, or badges).
- Any visual tools that look like they were made by Sprintzeal, such as specific progress bars, banners, or funding stats.
- Any element that falsely implies Sprintzeal endorses the campaign.
- Any trademarked logos without the express consent of the governing body.

Delegates Terms of Use & Enrollment Policies

Thank you for trusting Sprintzeal with your professional education. By purchasing a course, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and our Enrollment Commitment Policy.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Online Self-Learning - OSL)

We believe in the quality of our content and want you to feel confident in your purchase. For all Online Self-Learning (OSL) courses, we offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

- How it works:
If you find that the course does not meet your needs, please email us at support@sprintzeal.com within seven (7) days of your purchase date.

- Full Refund:
We will process a full refund of your course fee if the request is made within this timeframe. This allows you to explore our self-paced materials risk-free.

2. Enrollment Commitment Policy (Classroom & Live Online)

Our Classroom Training and Live Online Instructor-Led sessions require significant upfront investment, including instructor fees, venue bookings, and administrative coordination. Because these resources are committed early to ensure your session runs smoothly, we follow a strict No-Refund Policy for these formats once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed.

Rescheduling and Flexibility:

- Client-Initiated Changes:
If you need to change your attendance date for a Classroom or Live Virtual Class, you must notify us in writing via email at least
14 working days before the original start date. If you give us this notice, you can move to a future date of the same course at no extra charge. This is especially true for medical reasons when supported by valid documentation.

- Short Notice:
If you do not provide the 14-working-day notice, the option to reschedule without extra charges will be lost, and no refund will be available.

- Non-Attendance:
If a delegate does not show up for a booked class (Classroom or LVC), no refund is granted. However, we want you to get your training; you may reschedule for a future date within
six (6) months of your original booking, subject to seat availability.

- Expiry of Access:
If you fail to reschedule and complete your training within this six-month window, your access will expire. To resume training after this point, a new enrollment purchase will be required.

- Partial Attendance:
If a delegate starts a course but does not finish it, they are not entitled to a refund for the parts they missed. This is treated as non-attendance.

3. Sprintzeal-Initiated Adjustments

In rare cases, Sprintzeal may need to cancel or move a training event due to unexpected circumstances. If this happens, we will offer you the choice to attend an Online Live Virtual Class or reschedule to a future confirmed date. In these specific cases where Sprintzeal initiates the change, we do not issue cash refunds; instead, we ensure your training is delivered through these alternative rescheduling options.

4. Important Considerations for Learners

- Official Communication:
All requests for changes, cancellations, or rescheduling must be sent via email and acknowledged by Sprintzeal to be valid.

- Scheduling Responsibility:
It is the client's responsibility to schedule their training from the day they book the course. Sprintzeal does not provide individual reminders for session dates.

- Instructor Absence:
If an instructor is unexpectedly absent from an LVC or classroom session, we will adjust the schedule to make up for the lost time. No refunds are granted in these cases, but rescheduling options will be provided.

- Exam Coupons & Vouchers:
If your course includes an exam coupon, you must schedule your exam within
six (6) months of your enrollment to remain eligible. No refunds or replacements will be given after this six-month period. Please note that vouchers are not included with every course; contact your representative or support@sprintzeal.com for details.

- Account Credits:
Any credits remaining in a customer account as a result of a mutual agreement are non-refundable and must be used within
six (6) months of the agreement date.
