These Terms of Use (The Terms of Use) govern the use of the websites and services (the Services) of Sprintzeal., a Delaware and Indian corporation, in addition to any supplemental terms applicable to any particular features, content, and functionality of the Services, which such supplemental terms are incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use. By using the Services, Users agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, all applicable laws and all conditions or policies referenced here (collectively, the Terms). Sprintzeal may amend the Terms at any time by posting a revised version of the Terms on our Services. Access to or continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
In these Terms, we refer to those buying our training services as Delegates and to their preferred mode of training as Classroom Training, Online Training, Live Online Instructor-Led Training. We refer to those lead our training as Lead Trainers and SME – Subject Matter Expert SME or Trainers or Contributors Service Buyers, Contributors and other visitors to the Services are referred to collectively as Users.
Users under 18 years of age are not eligible to use the Services without consent. Users between the ages of 13 and 17, can use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old, provided such parent or legal guardian also agrees to be bound by the Terms and agrees to be responsible for such use of the Services. Users suspended from using the Services are not eligible to use the Services. Sprintzeal reserves the right to refuse the use of the Services to anyone and to reject, cancel, interrupt, remove or suspend any Online access or training opted by delegates, or the Services at any time for any reason without liability.

Sprintzeal is an online and physical training and coaching company for people and entities seeking to raise their standards of handling day to day work with expert proven techniques.
Campaign Owners have been closely evaluated on a time-to-time basis to ensure they follow the ethics of marketing and abide by government laws. If we notice or are bought us by someone who in been practicing an unethical code of conduct, Sprintzeal reserves the right to terminate the service by giving written notice within 3 days. Sprintzeal makes no representations about the quality, safety, morality or legality of any Marketing Campaign Policies, Campaigns are outsourced to third-party vendors for Contribution or the truth or accuracy of User Content (as defined below) posted on the Services. Sprintzeal does not represent that Campaign Owners will deliver leads or that Contributions will be used for marketing purposes.

Campaign Owners are not permitted to create a Campaign to raise false awareness about Sprintzeal services for illegal activities, to cause harm to people or property, or to scam others. If the Campaign is claiming to do the impossible or its just plain phony, don't post it. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with their Marketing Campaigns, including offerings and using user’s information safely. Campaign Owners shall not make any false or misleading statements in connection with their Campaigns. If noticed, then we will have to terminate the service within 3 days by giving written notice.

Sprintzeal maintains a strict no-refund policy for all training courses once a booking is confirmed and payment has been processed. Delegates are strongly encouraged to carefully review all course details, terms, and conditions before making a purchase.
- Client Initiated Rescheduling:
Delegates wishing to change their attendance date for a Classroom Training or Live Virtual Class must inform Sprintzeal in writing via email at least 14 working days prior to the original workshop start date. Providing this minimum notice, especially for medical reasons supported by valid documentation, allows the delegate to move to a future date of the same course without extra charge.
If this 14-working-day notice is not provided, the option to reschedule without additional charges will be lost, and no refund will be given.
- Non-Attendance and Training Validity:
If a delegate fails to show up for a booked class (Classroom Training or Live Virtual Class), no refund will be granted. The delegate may reschedule their attendance to a future date within a six (6) month period from the original booking date, subject to availability. However, if the delegate fails to reschedule and complete the training within this six (6) month period, their access to the training will expire, and they will need to purchase a new course enrollment to resume training, with no refunds provided for the original purchase.
- Online Training:
For Online Training, no refund will be applicable right after purchase.
- No Refunds for Partial Attendance:
If a delegate fails to complete the entire course, they are not entitled to any refund for unattended portions. This is considered non-attendance.
- Payment Processed:
Absolutely no refund will be granted after an order is placed, booked, registered, or enrolled.
Sprintzeal Initiated Cancellations: In the rare event that Sprintzeal cancels a training event due to unforeseen circumstances, delegates will be offered the option to attend an Online Live Virtual Class or reschedule to a future date until it is confirmed. In such specific circumstances where Sprintzeal initiates the cancellation, no refunds will be issued. The only available alternative will be to reschedule the training to a future date or opt for an Online Live Virtual Class.
- All official communication regarding changes or cancellations must be notified over email and receive acknowledgment from Sprintzeal.
- No refunds will be issued for changes to the course date initiated by the client.
- Delegates making any dispute over the service or offerings will not be entertained.
- The client is responsible for scheduling their training from the day of course booking. Sprintzeal will not provide reminders.
- Instructor Absence & Limited Availability: In the unforeseen event of an instructor's absence from an LVC or classroom session, we will adjust to compensate for lost sessions. No refunds will be granted in such situations; delegates will be offered rescheduling options.
- Exam Coupons: The client must schedule their exam within 6 months of course enrollment to be eligible for an exam coupon. This policy applies only to candidates who have purchased an exam coupon or voucher. Refunds will not be granted after this probationary period.

- Course examination vouchers are non-refundable. Any credits remaining in a customer account as a result of a mutual agreement with Sprintzeal Americas are non-refundable and must be redeemed within six (6) months of the agreement date.
February 3rd, 2020 – Corona Virus Update
Due to the extraordinary circumstances caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, customers who enrolled and made payments for classroom training before/during this period were given additional flexibility. From February 3rd, 2020, clients impacted by the pandemic were eligible for:
- Opting for our Live Online Virtual Classroom Training without additional charges.
- The option to reschedule classroom training for the next available slots (dates yet to be declared).
- Waiver of rescheduling charges on all training batches.
During this period (from February 3rd, 2020), no cancellations or refunds were accepted for these specific circumstances once payment was made, aligning with our general strict no-refund policy.
Customers have the option to either take up the training in Live Online mode or reschedule it to the next available date that shall be announced after the COVID outbreak subsides, the situation is under control and businesses receive a notice from the government to resume services. We appreciate your understanding during this challenging time as the safety of our staff, clients, customers, and trainers remains our utmost priority.
For existing customers who are expecting their partial or full refund from Sprintzeal, we request you to be patient as a delay in processing your amount is expected due to the above-mentioned situation and the lockdown of various staff and departments at the company.
Trainer and Other clients are informed to be patient. Since the outbreak was sudden and we are fighting the battle of Life and Survival, at this hour, the safety of our staff, clients, customers, and trainers is our utmost priority, so a delay in payments is normal. We truly appreciate your understanding of this as the whole world is bleeding.
