Unlimited Course Access Sign up Procedure:

In the sign-up process, you’ll need to finish three steps.

Step 1: Fill in personal details like name, email address and set the password.

Step 2: Information about the courses offered and agreeing to the terms and conditions. We suggest you go through our terms of use and privacy policy. You can find them on the home page.

Step 3: Adding the card

The last step to finish signing up requires the user to add his/her card details. In case you are wondering why card details are being asked for, it is only to confirm the authenticity of the user and avoid fraud. About the free trial and charging procedure:

Sprintzeal offers a 10-day free trial to users on downloading the app and signing up through it. Although the card details are saved, the user shall not be charged during the first 10 days trial period. One can go through all the videos and gets access to all the courses available on the app.

However, access to mock test papers is restricted in the 10-day free trial. In order to take mock tests, one can simply upgrade i.e. end the free trial and start their monthly subscription. For instance, if you sign up and get access to courses on the 1st of the month, you get a free trial period for the next ten days.

If you choose to level up after watching the training videos and wish to test your understanding or knowledge, you can take mock tests by upgrading i.e. by permitting us to deduct $5 as a fee that would give you one full month access.

Monthly subscription:

Like discussed earlier, the user can choose to upgrade even before completion of the free trial or the user will automatically be upgraded to the monthly subscription pack and $5 will be deducted from the user’s account; if and only if the user hasn’t canceled the subscription before 10 days of the free trial. Yes, we provide our users with full freedom to cancel the subscription any time they want. We aim to offer a great learning experience to our users and the 10-day free trial is an opportunity for the users to explore the options.

Once the user has upgraded and started training with us and began taking mock tests, an amount of $5 will be deducted every month until the user chooses to end the subscription.

The access to mock tests has been restricted for a reason.
