My instructor was Courtney, and I feel she prepared me to take and pass the exam on my first attempt. Courtney is very knowledgeable, and her instruction method was conducive for a positive learning environment. I will request her in the future as I plan to expand on my knowledge in ITIL. The training was virtual and thus I was expecting a 'room' full of people. However it was just the instructor (Sonu Verma) and I. This made it much easier to tailor the instruction to my background and learning style and to go faster through material that I was already comfortable with.

I received marking emails for Sprintzeal during the last year or so. My intention was to earn my PMP certification in 2020. COVID-19 helped to motivate me to get signed up. The first live online training class was a disappointment, the instructor was ill and that round of training was cancelled. Sprintzeal staff apologized and did a great job of finding me a place in the next round of training.

The instructor for the second training session was very good. He went at a pace that was just right, was patient and make sure we understood the concepts before moving on.
