The support staff from Sprintzeal,Steve Jones, were very supportive in making this decision to take the PMP certification course. The course was very affordable and I was given an additional incentive to take another course which would supplement my knowledge which was the Agile course.
I was thinking about studying on my own for the exam but decided to sign up for the course on Sprintzeal to ensure that the material that I needed to study was accurate and efficient. I didn't want to waste anytime on taking the exam multiple times to pass due to being ill-prepared. The instructor Biswa, was great in covering what to know for the exam and I feel that the material he provided will prepare me to pass the exam my first time with confidence. The training was virtual and thus I was expecting a 'room' full of people. However it was just the instructor (Sonu Verma) and I. This made it much easier to tailor the instruction to my background and learning style and to go faster through material that I was already comfortable with.

I received marking emails for Sprintzeal during the last year or so. My intention was to earn my PMP certification in 2020. COVID-19 helped to motivate me to get signed up. The first live online training class was a disappointment, the instructor was ill and that round of training was cancelled. Sprintzeal staff apologized and did a great job of finding me a place in the next round of training.
The instructor for the second training session was very good. He went at a pace that was just right, was patient and make sure we understood the concepts before moving on.

Overall an excellent training opportunity. Dani is not only well versed in teaching from the PMBOK but more importantly, he has real-world experience which aided my understanding of the presented material. As a newcomer in project management, Dani was able to communicate in a manner in which I could easily understand the subject matter without diminishing the rest of the students learning opportunities. The only area that I asses that needs adjustment is that the slide used to conduct the class are not available for student download. It would be helpful if the course material was made available in order to better prepare for the exam.

Tim was beyond amazing. Not only did he know his craft, but he was also able to explain it to a level someone with the lowest level of knowledge could understand, without insulting the intelligence. I came in with barely any formal knowledge of the PM world and ended leaving with way more competency.
